    Populations:  
    Breeding: Tank size 10L or more. Keep in soft, neutral water at a temperature of 24 - 27șC. Bottom spawner, may be a plower or diver. Not aggressive when given enough space. Some eggs often lie dormant so re-wetting is recommended. They are not easy to breed needing patience and the egg development is very slow and variable.
