  • Type Locality: Puerto Ayacucho, State of Amazonas, Venezuela
    Distribution: Amazonas, S. Venezuela; Columbian Llanos, E. Columbia.
    Biotope: It is sympatric with Renova oscari and Terranatos dolichopterus at Isla Raton, Venezuela, when collected by Roger Brousseau in 1992.
    Size: Males 4 - 5 cm, females 4 - 5 cm

  • Breeding: Tank size 10L or more. Keep in soft, neutral water at a temperature of 24 - 27șC. Bottom spawner, may be plower or diver. Not aggressive when given enough space.
